1) Initial certification – application for certification

2) Written certification exam – to be paid before the start of the exam procedure

A) REAL ESTATE EVALUATOR – BASIC LEVEL: € 200,00
B) REAL ESTATE EVALUATOR – ADVANCED LEVEL: + € 200,00
C) DOUBLE EXAMINATION – LEVEL (BASIC+ADVANCED) IN THE SAME SESSION: € 350,00

3) First certification oral exam

(where the written tests are between 55%-60%) to be paid before the oral exam – only for Advanced level – € 100,00

4) Fee for issuing the initial certification
